Cancellation/Return Policy:
You may return your purchase within three days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus any damage, freight charges, or any other expenses. This excludes custom items that cannot be returned into general inventory. Each item must arrive at our facility in its original packaging. All returns must approved by our production department prior to it being return. Please contact us directly to discuss your issues.
Shipping:
We will ship all merchandise within the written turnaround times posted on our web site to the best of our ability.
We will exercise our best judgment regarding packaging so your order is delivered safely and on time. After it leaves our premises and is no longer in our care, it becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver your property to you in an "as new" a condition as possible. Should you have a claim, we will assist your efforts and will use whatever leverage we might have with the manufacturer and carrier to guarantee a favorable outcome.
Rates may include handling charges from the manufacturer or supplier. Please be aware that shipping charges are often based on dimensional weight which is often greater than the actual weight.
